We want you to love your Zai Level product. If your purchase is not of the utmost quality or to the highest standard that you expect, then you may return it within 60 days for a replacement or refund.


We provide free worldwide shipping.

Delivery times typically vary between a week and a month depending on what part of the world you’re in.

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry! We're here to help. 

Returns & Exchanges

If you want to return or exchange an item, then it’s likely you ordered from us in the first place. Which means we owe you a huge thanks. We do our very best to not only deliver an amazing product, but also correct any issues if they arise.

For exchanges, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Take a photo of the product imperfection

  2. Send the photo to info@zailevel.com with a brief description of what’s wrong

  3. Wait for our response to you (within 24 hours)

We will send you a new product within 1-2 days of receiving the email. No need to send us back the damaged item, and no questions asked!

On the rare occasion that the imperfection is not clear, we may have to ask you to send the product back to us first, before we send you a brand new one. (This is to avoid potential scams and in most cases won’t apply)

For your item to be eligible for return, we ask that:

  • You return the item within the first 60 calendar days of the date you received it

  • You keep the item unused and in the same condition that you received it (this doesn’t include trying it on)

  • The item is placed back in its Zai Level packaging

    - Please include your full name & reason for return

  2. Wait for our refund confirmation
    - We will refund you as soon as we receive the item & have inspected it


Once we receive the returned item, we’ll take a look at it and let you know as soon as we’ve refunded you.

The refund will go through your original method of payment, be it your bank card or Paypal.

You should receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
